TO ORDER
Online The quickest and easiest way to place an order is online. To place an online order simply browse through our website and place items that you want in your Wagon by clicking the Add to Wagon button. When you are ready to purchase your items click Check Out at the top of the page. 
By Phone To place an order by phone please call us at 800-596-0444 USA orders only. 
Foreign orders please call 480-218-1181.

By Mail or Fax Click here for the Mail/Fax Order Form. Print out the form. Please print or type your order and completely fill out the form. To avoid delays with your order please include a phone number.

DELIVERY
Unless specified we ship  UPS Ground. We try to keep all merchandise in stock and will ship the next business day (if payment method is either charge card, money order or cash). Personal checks will be held until they clear the bank (7 to 10 days). If an item is out of stock, please allow  2-6 weeks for delivery. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Rates for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may be higher.
PAYMENT
USA We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, cash, money orders and personal checks. Please note that orders paid for by personal checks will be held until the check clears the bank (7 to 10 days). 
Foreign We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, cash, money orders drawn on U.S. Currency.

Customs Charges: You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or you need to exchange the item for a different size, please let us know within 15 days. We will give you a return authorization number and upon receipt of the product refund your money (excluding shipping), replace, or exchange the item. All items must be returned in saleable condition.

All exchanges are subject to reshipping charges. Please include payment for shipping and handling with your item to be exchanged. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return and a brief explanation for the refund or exchange.

Sorry we will not accept COD returns.
